She is brilliant understand what is my need and I understand her lipreading slower if don't sure she willing write it down to make sure that I understand what she explains

It would be good if it was possible to see the same doctor each time so they get to know the patient better. Dr. Baverstock is great and it would be nice knowing when I have an issue I would be able to see her rather than taking pot luck so to speak.
